There is no one-size-fits-all “best practice” strategy, policy, or plan. An effective document must be unique to your organization and created collaboratively with input from your stakeholders.
Co-design
Programs, processes, and structures
We help organizations create intentional programs and processes that foster diversity, equity and inclusion. For example, we can design inclusive policies and practices for hiring, onboarding, employee development, and promotion. We also support organizations in creating DEI Councils, Working Groups, and Employee Resource Groups – ERGs.
