We offer two powerful tools to assess and develop DEI competencies for leaders and teams.

Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI)

IDI is a globally recognized tool that helps leaders, teams, and organizations assess their intercultural competence and understand their mindset toward a wide range of “other culture” groups, including nationality, ethnicity, race, gender, and other diversity categories.

To date, + 1M people have taken it to improve their capabilities. You can use it for individual or group development.

 

Inclusive Behaviors Inventory (IBI)

IBI measures inclusive behaviours on 5 dimensions and compares your self-assessment with anonymous ratings of colleagues you invited to provide feedback.

We use IBI in coaching sessions or as a part of a learning program.
